Welcome to the 2026 Season

Player registration for the 2026 Nelson Aces season is just around the corner!

Registration for returning players only will open on February 9, followed by new player registration on February 23, space permitting. Registration will close on or before March 13, so families are encouraged to act quickly. Please check inboxes frequently—and don’t forget to keep an eye on spam or junk folders.

Updates and announcements will be shared on the Nelson Baseball Association Facebook page. 

Player evaluations are scheduled for early April, with the 2026 season kicking off in mid-April, pending weather conditions and field availability.

With only two youth baseball diamonds available in Nelson, demand continues to exceed capacity, and registration fills up fast every year. Following the Blue Jays’ exciting World Series run last season, youth baseball leagues across Canada are seeing a surge in interest—and Nelson is no exception. When registration opens, families are strongly encouraged to register immediately to avoid disappointment.

In the meantime, it’s a great time to dig out your player’s gear, make sure everything still fits, and start throwing and catching—especially with so little snow on the ground. Another exciting season of Nelson Aces baseball is just around the corner.
